Role Overview

We're looking for a
dynamic and creative Video Editor
who is passionate about storytelling and digital content. You should be comfortable working on both
long-form videos
(explainer content, interviews, tutorials) and
short-form formats
(reels, shorts, ads). If you love turning raw footage into crisp, engaging, and high-converting video content, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Edit and transform raw clips into high-quality
    long-form
    content (webinars, explainers, podcasts, interviews).
  • Produce eye-catching
    short-form videos
    for social media (reels, shorts, teasers, ad creatives).
  • Add transitions, text layers, motion graphics, and audio elements to elevate the video experience.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign goals and deliver impactful content.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all videos in line with brand tone and guidelines.
  • Organize, manage, and archive project files efficiently.
  • Continuously track content trends, editing styles, and platform best practices to keep our content fresh.

Requirements

  • 6 months–2 years of hands-on experience
    in video editing.
  • A strong showreel/portfolio reflecting both long-form and short-form work.
  • Proficiency in tools like
    Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
    , or similar.
  • Good sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
  • Understanding of YouTube, Instagram, and short-form content trends.

Good to Have

  • Basic graphic design knowledge (Photoshop/Illustrator).
  • Experience with color grading, sound design, or basic animation.
  • Understanding of digital marketing and audience engagement.
