Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager - Offline Marketing located in Bengaluru, responsible for market planning, conducting market research, developing effective communication strategies, and driving sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include designing and executing offline marketing campaigns, managing partnerships with retail stores, and analyzing market trends to optimize marketing activities.

  • Experienced in ATL and BTL
  • Managed large-scale store launch events
  • Overseeing vendor coordination, create brand awareness across multiple platforms
  • Retail marketing Experience
  • Strong Communication abilities for interacting with stakeholders and customers
  • Sales and Marketing skills for developing and implementing marketing strategies
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Increase store walk-ins and brand visibility through targeted offline activations
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
