is a premium fitness studio opening soon in Undri, Pune, built around strength, consistency, and community. We are hiring a
Studio Sales Executive
who will own the entire sales journey, from enquiry to membership conversion, while supporting smooth studio operations.

This role is ideal for candidates with
proven sales experience in gyms, fitness studios, or wellness brands
who are comfortable working with targets and daily follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities (Sales-Driven)

  • Own all incoming enquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social leads)
  • Convert leads into
    memberships and personal training packages
  • Conduct studio walkthroughs and confidently pitch programs and pricing
  • Maintain daily follow-up discipline and closure ratios
  • Track leads, conversions, and revenue through basic reporting
  • Work closely with trainers and management to drive monthly sales targets
  • Ensure the front-of-house experience supports conversions and retention

Eligibility & Experience (Strict Criteria)

  • Minimum 2+ years of sales experience
    in the
    fitness, gym, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  • Demonstrated ability to close memberships and achieve targets
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organised with consistent follow-up habits
  • Comfortable using Excel, WhatsApp, CRM, and billing systems
  • Candidate must be currently based in Pune
  • This is a fully on-site role (remote/hybrid not applicable)
