Job Title: Customer Support Executive – Voice Process
Location: Bangalore
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries related to products and other services.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a voice process / BPO / customer support role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (fluency is mandatory).
- Must be comfortable working in a rotational shift and week-off environment.
