Position: SMO Executive / Social Media Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and proactive SMO Executive who can manage, grow, and optimize our online presence across major social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong social media understanding, content planning skills, and hands-on experience in increasing engagement organically.

Experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Handle day-to-day management of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Plan, schedule, and publish engaging posts consistently.

Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.

Social Media Optimization (SMO)

Optimize social media pages for better visibility & engagement.

Implement strategies to grow followers and drive consistent organic reach.

Monitor trends, hashtags, and audience insights to improve performance.

Content Coordination

Coordinate with designers/writers for creatives, videos, reels, and stories.

Maintain brand tone, aesthetics, and consistency across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting

Track KPIs (reach, engagement, impressions, followers).

Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Community Handling

Respond to comments, DMs, and queries promptly.

Build positive engagement with the online community.

Ads Management (Plus Point)

(Not mandatory but preferred)

Exposure to Meta Ads (FB/Instagram Ads)

Exposure to Google Ads

Ability to create basic ad campaigns, track performance & optimize results

Requirements

6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Optimization.

Strong understanding of social media trends & algorithms.

Creative mindset with good communication skills.

Basic knowledge of Analytics tools (Meta Insights, Instagram Analytics, etc.)

Experience in ads management will be a big advantage.

Good to Have

Knowledge of Canva or creative briefing

Understanding of reels, short-form video trends

Ability to brainstorm campaign ideas
