Freelance Recruiter

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Recruiter to join our talent acquisition network on a commission-only basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters or professionals with strong networks who want to work independently and earn attractive commissions for each successful placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various open roles.
• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
• Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with our team to understand client hiring needs and job requirements.
• Ensure all placements meet client expectations and requirements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency).
• Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Access to your own tools and databases is preferred (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
• Ability to handle multiple roles at once.

Compensation:

• Commission-Only.
