- Oversees senior leaders such as Senior EMs, Tech Leads, Principal Engineers, and functional heads.
- Has led manager calibration cycles and promotion reviews.
- Can clearly explain how they coach senior leaders and assess their performance.
- Proven ability to address underperformance proactively, without relying on top-down direction.
