Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Payroll Executive
to manage payroll processes for our US clients. The role requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet strict deadlines while maintaining compliance with payroll regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US clients.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
  • Validate employee data, benefits, deductions, and tax withholdings.
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports with high accuracy.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and client representatives to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive payroll data.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Prior experience in
    US payroll process
    is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in
    MS Excel
    (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in
    US shift timings
    .

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

  • Familiarity with US payroll tools/software.
  • Knowledge of payroll compliance requirements (taxes, benefits, deductions).
  • Previous client-facing experience.
