Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technology Transfer Analyst, located in Sikkim, India. The Technology Transfer Analyst will be responsible for facilitating the transfer of technology and new processes from R&D to manufacturing, providing technical support, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and support scale-up activities.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for process optimization and troubleshooting
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Information Technology for data analysis and documentation
• Technical Support and Troubleshooting experience
• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is mandatory
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality assurance processes
