Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications using MongoDB, , , and The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of full-stack development and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate with front-end components.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the stack.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including ES6+ features.
  • Hands-on experience with MongoDB, , , and
  • Experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
  • Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
  • Knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT, OAuth).
  • Experience with deployment and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Redux or other state management libraries.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
