Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Service Manager in Digital Media from Advertising Agencies, based in Chennai. The Client Service Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering top-notch client services. Day-to-day tasks include handling client communication, analyzing client data, developing and implementing service strategies, and working closely with the analytical team to address client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Client Services
  • Strong Analytical Skills to understand and leverage data for client solutions
  • Excellent Communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects efficiently
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field
  • Experience in digital media and advertising industries is a plus
