Role Highlights
As a ServiceNow App Engine Specialist, you will:
- Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, relationships, and data modeling.
- Design and develop applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
- Work on workflow automation, form design, and user role management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
- For senior roles, lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Must-Have Skills
- ServiceNow App Engine expertise with hands-on development experience.
- iShare Application Support knowledge.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in low-code/no-code tools like Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript) to enhance automation and customization.
- Prior leadership experience in ServiceNow or professional services.
