Role Highlights

As a ServiceNow App Engine Specialist, you will:

• Have a strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, including ACLs, relationships, and data modeling.
• Design and develop applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, and UI Builder.
• Work on workflow automation, form design, and user role management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
• For senior roles, lead initiatives and mentor junior team members.

Must-Have Skills

• ServiceNow App Engine expertise with hands-on development experience.
• iShare Application Support knowledge.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, ACLs, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in low-code/no-code tools like Flow Designer, UI Builder, and App Engine Studio.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript) to enhance automation and customization.
• Prior leadership experience in ServiceNow or professional services.
