Job Description

• Engineering & Deployment

• Build, train, and optimize ML/DL models for real-world applications across domains.

• Collaborate with MLOps teams for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Ensure solutions follow best practices in scalability, reproducibility, and responsible AI principles.

• Mentorship & Collaboration

• Mentor junior engineers and data scientists in ML best practices and solutioning.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into AI/ML solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 9–10 years in AI/ML with at least 6-7 years in data science and ML engineering.

• Technical Expertise:

• Strong expertise in predictive modeling, regression, classification, and neural network architectures.

• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras).
• Skilled in Python, ML libraries (scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas), and data pipeline tools.
• Experience with model deployment, APIs, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Familiarity with cloud ML platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI).

• Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, solution-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills to work with both technical and business stakeholders.
