About the Role:

The Senior Operations Executive will lead end-to-end field and logistics operations, driving efficiency and ensuring smooth coordination between manpower, fleet, and reporting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide multiple site teams to ensure SOP adherence.

  • Manage route planning, fleet scheduling, and manpower productivity.

  • Monitor operational KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.

  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and authorities for timely execution.

  • Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost control.

  • Mentor field teams for continuous performance improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Management, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in solid waste management or logistics operations.

  • Strong analytical, reporting, and leadership skills.

  • Proficient in Excel and operational dashboards.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Team leadership and field management.

  • Data analysis and MIS preparation.

  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Understanding of B2C/B2B logistics, supply chain, warehouse, and delivery operations.
