We are seeking a dedicated, organized, and passionate Librarian to manage and elevate our newly renovated school library.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day library operations, including circulation, cataloguing, and shelving.
  • Guide and assist students in selecting books appropriate to their age, level, and interest.
  • Maintain library systems using digital cataloguing software.
  • Organize reading programs, book clubs, and literacy events to promote a culture of reading.
  • Maintain accurate records of library assets, inventory, and book issue logs.
  • Introduce students to library etiquette and research techniques.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Library Science (B.Lib.Sc) or Master's in Library Science (M.Lib.Sc).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a school
  • Proficiency in using library management systems and digital tools.
  • Fluency in English

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
