Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media & PR Specialist to manage our brand's online presence and external communication. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both social media management and public relations, with the ability to create engaging content, build brand visibility, and maintain meaningful relationships with media, customers, and the public.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging content across all social media platforms.
  • Monitor social media trends and implement innovative strategies to boost brand visibility.
  • Handle daily posting, content scheduling, and audience engagement.
  • Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for campaign execution.

Public Relations

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies to enhance brand reputation.
  • Draft press releases, media notes, and communication material.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, journalists, and influencers.
  • Coordinate interviews, press conferences, and brand events.
  • Monitor media coverage and provide PR reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, or related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in Social Media Management and Public Relations.
  • Strong communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and emerging trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail.
