Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter sales transactions and customer information accurately into the system.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records.
- Input product pricing, inventory data, and order details.
- Enter purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices into relevant software or spreadsheets.
- Track and record the status of customer orders.
- Ensure data is aligned with inventory and sales reports.
- Generate basic sales and inventory reports as required.

- System knowledge
- Strong attention to detail.
- Time management and organizational skills.
