Job Description:

Whitefire Diamonds India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Jewellery Stock Maintenance Executive to manage and monitor jewellery inventory. The role requires accuracy, accountability, and a keen eye for detail to ensure proper stock handling and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing jewellery stock.
• Conduct daily stock verification, counting, and reconciliation.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, and handling of jewellery pieces.
• Coordinate with sales and design teams for stock requirements and movement.
• Prepare stock reports and assist in audits.
• Monitor stock safety, security, and timely updates in records/software.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery stock/inventory management preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/Inventory software).
• Integrity and responsibility in handling valuable assets.
