Role Overview

We are hiring a confident, energetic, and student-friendly Female GD Motivator who can conduct group discussions, conversation activities, and support the overall learning experience inside the classroom.

This role suits someone who loves English, enjoys interacting with people, and wants to shape a career in training & communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Group Discussions on day-to-day and professional topics for mixed-profile students (professionals, homemakers, job seekers, college students).
• Conversation Activities: Assist the main trainer in classroom communication activities, role-plays, mock interactions, and student engagement exercises.
• Confidence Building: Motivate shy or weaker students to participate and speak comfortably.
• Session Preparation: Choose relevant topics, vocabulary, prompts, and activities in advance.
• Feedback & Support: Give simple, constructive feedback to help participants improve fluency and clarity.
• Classroom Support: Participate in allied academic work related to spoken English sessions.

Required Skills

• Good English communication (spoken + basic writing).

• Basic understanding of group discussion & conversation formats.
• Prior teaching/training experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

Work Hours

Full-Time:

• Morning Shift: 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Evening Shift: 12:30 pm – 8:30 pm

Part-Time:

• Morning: 7:00 am – 2:00 pm
• Evening: 4:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Salary-: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills & experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
