
Adult Psychiatric Clinician

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Adult Psychiatric Clinician to provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing clinical support to adult patients with psychiatric disorders. The clinician will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at improving patients mental health and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:-
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations of adult patients.

Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans, including therapy and medication management recommendations.

Provide evidence-based psychotherapy services such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, or other modalities appropriate for adult psychiatric patients.

Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.

Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to meet clinical goals.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

Facilitate patient education on mental health, medication adherence, and coping strategies.

Participate in crisis intervention and risk assessment as needed.

Attend team meetings, case conferences, and professional development sessions.

Adhere to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and patient rights in all clinical activities.

Masters degree or higher in Social Work (MSW), Psychology, Counseling, Nursing (Psychiatric Mental Health), or a related clinical field.

Current licensure as an LCSW, LPC, LMHC, RN, or equivalent in the state of practice.

Minimum 2+ years clinical experience in adult mental health or psychiatric settings preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.

Experience providing individual and group therapy to adults with a range of psychiatric disorders.

Knowledge of psychopharmacology and ability to collaborate effectively with prescribing providers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain detailed clinical records.
