Eligibility

  • Education: Graduate (Freshers welcome) OR 12th Pass with minimum 1 year sales experience
  • Skills: Good Hindi & basic English communication, persuasive & target-oriented
  • Additional (for field sales): Must own a two-wheeler

Compensation & Benefits

  • Chandigarh HQ:

  • Freshers: 3 LPA + incentives + medical insurance

  • Experienced: 33K 34K (with documents)

  • Retention Bonus: up to 15,000

  • Other Cities (Ludhiana, Jalandhar, etc.):

  • Freshers: 2.76 LPA + incentives + medical insurance

  • Experienced: 33K 34K (with documents)

  • Retention Bonus: up to 13,800

  • Telemarketing Executive (Chandigarh):

  • CTC: 17K 24K + incentives (based on experience)

  • Retention Bonus: up to 13,248

Key Responsibilities

Business Development Executive (Field Sales):

  • Meet business owners & pitch for services
  • Generate leads & onboard new clients
  • Explain membership packages & close deals
  • Upload geo-tagged photos of client businesses
  • Submit daily sales reports & ensure contract activation

Telemarketing Executive (Inside Sales):

  • Make outbound sales calls to potential clients
  • Pitch membership packages & convert leads
  • Follow up with clients & close sales over phone
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Maintain records in CRM Role & responsibilities
