Responsibilities

  • Facilitate property transactions between real estate buyers and sellers.

Requirements

  • A valid real estate broker's license is required in the operating state.
  • Proven experience as a real estate broker or sales agent is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and trends.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities with clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a vast portfolio of properties.
  • Proficiency with real estate management software and online platforms.
