User Experience (UX) Designer (2+ Years Experience)

Location: Hyderabad, On Site, Full-Time

We're looking for a passionate UX Designer with 2 years of hands-on experience
who thrives at the intersection of
design, research, and problem-solving
. If you love deeply understanding users, validating ideas through research, and crafting intuitive digital experiences — this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Lead
    user research
    through interviews, usability tests, surveys, and behavioral analysis
  • Translate research insights into
    user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Stakeholders
    to define user-centered solutions
  • Conduct
    usability testing
    and iterate designs based on data and feedback
  • Create and maintain
    design systems and UX guidelines
  • Validate problem statements through design thinking methodologies
  • Advocate for the user's voice
    throughout the product lifecycle

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of professional experience
    in UX Design or Product Design
  • Strong foundation in
    UX Research, IA, Wireframing, and Interaction Design
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory)
  • Solid understanding of Human-Centered Design principles
  • Experience running independent research studies
  • Ability to convert insights into simple, scalable design solutions
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills

Good to Have

  • Experience in
    Web3 / Fintech / SaaS / Gaming domains
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG)
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints
  • Experience working in fast-paced startup environments
