Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Junior Physiotherapist for a full-time position in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in physiotherapy practices. Female candidates are encouraged to apply for this role, which offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop in a supportive environment.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficient in manual therapy techniques for effective pain relief and improved motion (Mandatory skill).
  • Ability to design comprehensive exercise prescriptions tailored to patient needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience in orthopedic rehabilitation to aid in post-surgery recovery (Mandatory skill).
  • Skilled in aquatic therapy for patient rehabilitation and muscle strengthening.
  • Trained in dry needling techniques for pain management and muscle tension relief.
  • Competency in kinesiology taping to support joints and prevent injuries.
  • Experience in gait analysis to assess and improve patient mobility.
  • Knowledge of telehealth services to provide remote therapy sessions and consultations.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct patient assessments to develop tailored treatment plans addressing individual needs.
  • Implement manual therapy and exercise regimens to enhance patient mobility and reduce pain.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment approaches as necessary for optimal results.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercises and long-term wellness strategies.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about the latest physiotherapy techniques and advancements for continuous improvement.
  • Provide telehealth consultations as needed to support remote patient access to therapy services.
