The candidate will have creative freedom and will own the entireend to end creative cycle.This role involves ideating, planning, shooting, editing and client coordination.>KEY RESPONSIBILITIESContent Ideation & Shot division:- Come up with crazy scroll stopping hooks and creative concepts for our client's short form videos (Reels).Shoot planning :Coordinate with artists and vendors to manage logistics and plan the UGC shootsShooting and production:- Shoot high-quality videos with camera independently or with a small team, ensuring proper lighting, framing, and audio during shoots.Editing:- Edit short-form videos like a pro with engaging transitions, music, effects, captions by tools like Premier pro, CapCutClient Coordination: Keep clients updated on the status of their project.>QUALIFICATIONSProven past work portfolio with strong editing and videography skills.Strong understanding of short form storytelling.Deep knowledge of design principles, typography, font pairing for creating visually aesthetic content.Sharp eye for short form video composition, lightning, framing, and camera movements.Proficiency in editing tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.Ability to work independently and creatively.Strong understanding of organic and paid content strategies for short-form video and Instagram algorithms, trends, and best practices.Excellent time management and organisational skills.>NICE TO HAVEExperience working with D2C brandsPrior exposure to performance marketing or content for paid ad campaigns>WHY YOU'LL LOVE WORKING WITH US?No clock-in clock-out culture, pure task based culture.Accelerated learning of advertising, digital marketing, video production, team management, directly under the founder's guidanceOpportunity to join a start up in the early stages.Get to work with nation's top D2C brands.>TO APPLY:Fill this form → (*It's mandatory to fill the form, without that your application won't be processed)>COMPANY DESCRIPTION9AV Productions is a new age creative agency specialised in short form video production and strategy.
