Role Overview: At Kroll, as an Editor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that copy quality aligns with company standards and meets deadlines. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and editing a high volume of due diligence reports to ensure correct grammar, spelling, clarity, as well as sentence, paragraph, and document structure. You must be familiar with elementary rules of usage, composition principles, and commonly misused words and expressions. Additionally, you will need to provide constructive criticism and feedback to assist individuals in generating compelling, clear, and direct prose. Key Responsibilities: - Maintain copy quality that aligns with company standards and meets deadlines - Review and edit a high volume of due diligence reports - Ensure correct grammar, spelling, clarity, as well as sentence, paragraph, and document structure - Provide constructive criticism and feedback to assist individuals in generating compelling, clear, and direct prose Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in English, Professional Writing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of editing experience in a fast-paced environment - Ability to operate efficiently under tight deadlines - Preference given to candidates with newspaper or magazine experience - Exceptional skills in grammar, spelling, punctuation, syntax, and vocabulary - Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills - Knowledge of standard style guides - Self-motivation, independence, responsiveness - Availability to work 40 hours per week with extended hours when needed Apply now via to be part of One team, One Kroll and contribute to delivering clarity to clients" most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.,
