We are seeking a skilled and passionate Python Trainer to conduct online training sessions via Zoom for students and professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python programming, proficiency in MS-Office and Canva, and the ability to deliver interactive and effective online learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging Python training sessions online (via Zoom) for various audiences (beginners to advanced).
  • Review and verify provided training content, lesson plans, and exercises before delivery.
  • Facilitate hands-on practice and interactive discussions during sessions.
  • Maintain attendance records for each session.
  • Prepare and submit training reports and learner feedback after sessions.
  • Assess trainee progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and timely feedback to learners.
  • Use MS-Office and Canva to prepare visually appealing presentations, reports, and learning materials.
  • Stay updated on the latest Python tools, libraries, and frameworks to keep training relevant.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Python Developer or Trainer.
  • Strong understanding of Python fundamentals: data structures, OOP, modules, error handling, etc.
  • Knowledge of frameworks like Flask, Django, Pandas, NumPy is a plus.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL), APIs, JSON, XML.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for training documents and reporting.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva for designing training aids, posters, and digital content.
  • Excellent online communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
