Key Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end testing of MS Dynamics CRM modules, ensuring functionality meets business requirements.
  • Test Card Management Systems (CMS) including issuing, acquiring, EMV, and payment processing workflows.
  • Prepare and execute test cases, test scripts, and test data based on functional specifications.
  • Conduct functional, integration, system, and regression testing for CRM and card payment platforms.
  • Validate API integrations between CRM and external payment/card systems.
  • Identify, document, and track defects in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and other QA team members to ensure quality deliverables.
  • Perform UAT support and defect triage during release cycles.

Required Skills

  • Strong experience in CRM Testing with MS Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365.
  • Good understanding of Card Management Systems (credit/debit card issuance, processing, EMV, card lifecycle).
  • Hands-on experience in BFSI / Payment domain testing.
  • Knowledge of functional, integration, and regression testing methodologies.
  • Experience in API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Strong skills in test case creation and execution.
  • Defect management using JIRA / Azure DevOps.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
