Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of developers working on Duck Creek implementations.

- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for Duck Creek Policy.

- Define best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables

 2. Solution Design and Development

- Architect and design Duck Creek applications, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry standards.

- Customize and configure Duck Creek Policy modules.

3. Quality Assurance:

-Perform unit testing, participate in code reviews, and ensure adherence to best practices.

4.System Optimization and Maintenance

- Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Duck Creek applications.

- Oversee upgrades and patches for Duck Creek software.

- Maintain documentation for system architecture, processes, and configurations.

Required Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Experience:

- 8+ years of experience in Duck Creek development.

- Hands-on experience in Duck Creek Author, Express, and other tools.

- Proven experience leading development teams and delivering successful projects.

- Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge of Duck Creek architecture, configuration, and customization.

- Expertise in C#, .NET, JavaScript, SQL Server, XML, Trace Monitor, Example Utility, Data Tester,      TSV Debugger, Azure Knowledge and related technologies.

- Familiarity with integration technologies like APIs, web services, and middleware
