Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Home Appliances Service Technician based in Chennai. The Service Technician will perform maintenance and repair tasks, troubleshoot issues, provide field services, and ensure efficient operation of home appliances. Responsibilities also include delivering excellent customer service and adhering to safety standards during all activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting of home appliances
  • Experience with Field Service operations and providing on-site solutions
  • Strong skills in Customer Service to address client requirements effectively
  • Ability to perform routine Maintenance checks to ensure optimal functioning
  • Good communication skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Technical certification or relevant training in a related field is a plus
  • Experience with home appliances or related industries will be an advantage

Educational Qualifications :
ITI and Diploma Any streams both freshers and experienced candidates.

Work Locations
: Chennai, Trichy and Kerala.
