Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for an Operational Excellence Trainee. The role involves supporting operations and process improvement initiatives, analyzing data for optimization opportunities, assisting in project management tasks, and collaborating with various teams to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in organizational processes. The selected candidate will also contribute to enhancing workflow and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify patterns.
  • Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members and other stakeholders.
  • Foundational knowledge or experience in Sales and Operations Management is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Project Management principles and the ability to organize and prioritize tasks.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with an emphasis on Excel, is a plus.
