Job Title: Housekeeping Staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk, lobby, entrance, and public areas.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests, such as extra towels, amenities, or cleaning needs.
  • Assist with quick room checks or touch-ups before guest check-in.
  • Support the front desk with baggage handling or escorting guests to rooms when required.
  • Restock and maintain public restrooms to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
  • Handle lost and found items according to hotel policy.
  • Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
  • Use cleaning supplies and equipment properly and store them securely.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hotel policy guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum education: High School (preferred).
  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of guest service and hygiene standards.
  • Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
  • Ability to communicate in basic English (local language fluency preferred).
  • Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays.
