  1. Financial Record Keeping:

  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

  3. Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions.

  4. Preparation of Financial Statements:

  5. Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

  6. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

  7. Budgeting and Forecasting:

  8. Assist in the creation of company budgets and financial forecasts.

  9. Monitor budget performance and suggest adjustments as necessary.

  10. Tax Preparation and Compliance:

  11. Prepare and file tax returns for the organization.

  12. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.

  13. Identify potential tax deductions and credits to minimize tax liability.

  14. Auditing and Internal Controls:

  15. Conduct internal audits to ensure the accuracy of financial data and compliance with internal policies.

  16. Establish and maintain effective internal controls to prevent fraud and ensure accurate reporting.

  17. Accounts Payable and Receivable:

  18. Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing payments.

  19. Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable on a regular basis.

  20. Payroll Management:

  21. Oversee payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries.

  22. Handle payroll taxes and deductions.

  23. Financial Analysis:

  24. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and areas for cost reduction.

  25. Provide financial insights to support decision-making.

  26. Compliance and Regulatory Reporting:

  27. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, such as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).

  28. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory bodies.

  29. Cost Control and Financial Efficiency:

  30. Monitor operational costs and suggest ways to reduce expenses.

  31. Assist management in improving financial efficiency.
