Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven SEO Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in managing SEO campaigns and working with clients. You will be responsible for improving organic search visibility, driving website traffic, and delivering measurable results through on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Conduct detailed keyword research, competitor analysis, and SEO audits.
  • Optimize website content, landing pages, and blog posts for on-page SEO factors.
  • Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to implement fixes.
  • Plan and execute link-building campaigns following white-hat practices.
  • Track and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Prepare and present monthly performance reports for clients, highlighting progress and actionable insights.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and best practices.
  • Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure SEO guidelines are implemented across all web assets.
  • Manage local SEO and assist in optimizing Google Business Profiles for healthcare clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency or healthcare/IT industry.
  • Proven experience with SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and preparing detailed SEO reports.
