Full Stack Developer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end development of applications used for testing, packaging, and labelling materials. This role requires expertise in , JavaScript, AWS-hosted environments, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and well-documented technical solutions.

A key differentiator for this role is the ability to leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve code quality, accelerate development throughput, and enhance documentation. The candidate should be experienced in integrating AI-assisted development practices into modern software engineering workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and enhance full-stack applications using , JavaScript, and related frameworks.

Own the application development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Translate user requirements into technical workflows, functional specifications, and system documentation.

Create and maintain UML diagrams (class, sequence, activity, and component diagrams) to support application design and documentation.

Design and develop APIs (JSON, XML) for seamless integration with 3rd-party systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA).

Apply secure, modular, and scalable software architectures with attention to performance and maintainability.

Implement web development security best practices and manage authorization/authentication requirements.

Ensure applications comply with U.S. data protection regulations and pass penetration/security testing.

Support and execute common testing approaches (unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, automated testing).

Integrate LLM-powered tools and frameworks into the development process to:

Automate code generation and documentation.

Improve code review and refactoring.

Enhance test case design and coverage.

Accelerate troubleshooting and bug resolution.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to deliver robust solutions.

Required Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience with and JavaScript in a full-stack development role.

Strong understanding of AWS-hosted environments (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM).

Experience in writing functional specifications and translating business requirements into technical workflows.

Familiarity with UML diagrams (class, sequence, activity, component) for application design and documentation.

Solid knowledge of testing methodologies and quality assurance best practices.

Experience with modular software development and version control (e.g., Git).

Strong knowledge of web application security standards (OWASP, authentication, authorization).

Experience in API development and integration using JSON, XML, REST, and SOAP.

Familiarity with enterprise integrations (SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems).

Understanding of U.S. data protection requirements (e.g., HIPAA, CCPA) and experience with tools supporting penetration testing and compliance validation.

Demonstrated experience with LLM-assisted software development, including prompt engineering, code quality improvement, and AI-enabled productivity tools.

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate or Engineer in IT or related field.

5- 9 years experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue).

Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in sprint-based teams.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML integration frameworks or fine-tuning LLMs for developer productivity.
