About Us

CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain
    data pipelines
    using Python, SQL, and PySpark or ETL tools.
  • Develop and optimize
    ELT/ETL workflows
    for large-scale datasets.
  • Work extensively with
    Snowflake
    and data warehousing concepts (schema design, performance optimization, snowpipe, etc.).
  • Implement and maintain
    data quality frameworks
    , validation checks, reconciliation logic, and automated testing.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across ingestion, transformation, and consumption layers.
  • Collaborate with analytics, BI, and product teams to understand data requirements.
  • Implement scalable, secure, and cost-optimized solutions on
    AWS / GCP / Azure
    .
  • Integrate data pipelines into
    CI/CD
    workflows for automated deployment and monitoring.
  • Troubleshoot data issues, performance bottlenecks, and pipeline failures.
  • Develop documentation for data flows, mapping, and operational processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong hands-on experience with
    Python
    and
    advanced SQL
    .
  • Expertise in
    PySpark
    or enterprise
    ETL tools
    (Informatica, Talend, DataStage, etc.).
  • Proven experience with
    Snowflake
    and data warehousing architectures.
  • Strong understanding of
    data quality frameworks
    , testing methodologies, and automation.
  • Experience with at least one cloud platform:
    AWS, GCP, or Azure
    .
  • Knowledge of
    CI/CD
    tools (Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of data modeling, performance tuning, and batch/streaming pipelines.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

Good to Have

  • Experience with Airflow, dbt, or cloud-native orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Kinesis, or other streaming technologies.
  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
  • Experience with BI/reporting integrations.
