Role & responsibilities

1) Strategic Planning:- Define objectives, create roadmaps, and establish timelines.

2) Resource Allocation:- Secure resources, Optimize workflows, and manage budgets.

3) Team Coordination:- Assemble teams, streamline communication, and resolve conflicts

4) Risk Management:- Identify risks, devise mitigation strategies, and implement contingencies

5) Performance tracking:- Monitor progress, track KPIs, and report updates to stakeholders

Preferred candidate profile

Must prefer a candidate who has at least 8 to 11 years of experience in Residential projects

Candidate must have experience in team handling

In the past, the Candidate must complete 2 or 3 projects under his supervision

Must prefer a Diploma in Civil holder and a local candidate from Ahmedabad
