Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Placement Coordinator for our Bharatpur Center . The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of skill development projects, preferably with experience in Skill India initiatives.

JD for Placement Officer

1. Looking for placement opportunities and collecting the LOIs from employers.

2. Building and maintaining relationships with trainees to identify skill sets and job preferences.

3. Liaising with candidates and employers during placements.

4. Fostering relationships with local placement providers.

5. Negotiating terms of placements with employers.

6. Conducting pre-placement preparation sessions for trainees.

7. Addressing candidates' workplace issues.

8. Providing information about joining documents and job descriptions to the trainees.

9. Achievement of placement and placement proof collection targets.

10. Regular follow-ups with the trainees for ensuring job retention.

11. Make case studies and testimonial videos as per funder requirement.
