We are seeking a highly skilled Flutter Developer with a strong command of Dart, REST API integration, and UI/UX optimization. The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting seamless mobile experiences and possess hands-on expertise in UI redesign, cross-platform app development, and MVM/MVVM architectural patterns. Additional experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, AJAX, SOAP, and SVN version control will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for both iOS and Android.
  • Collaborate with design teams to redesign UI components for improved performance and user experience.
  • Implement responsive and adaptive design across a wide range of devices and screen sizes.
  • Integrate and manage RESTful APIs for seamless backend communication.
  • Apply MVM/MVVM architecture to ensure scalable and maintainable codebases.
  • Work closely with backend teams to optimize data handling, synchronization, and API integration.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve UI bugs, performance bottlenecks, and API-related issues.
  • Use SVN for version control, including branching, merging, and revision management.
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for testing and deployment automation.
  • Handle production deployments on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Write unit, integration, and widget tests to maintain app reliability and quality.
  • Stay current with the latest developments in Flutter, Dart, and mobile technologies.

Required Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Dart and mobile app development using Flutter.
  • Proven experience in UI/UX design enhancement and component redesign.
  • Deep understanding of MVM and MVVM architectural patterns.
  • Hands-on experience in REST API integration and JSON data handling.
  • Familiarity with state management frameworks such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
  • Practical experience with SVN version control systems.
  • Solid understanding of unit testing, widget testing, and CI/CD practices.
  • Knowledge of App Store and Google Play publishing processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Java backend development.
  • Knowledge of JSP, Servlets, AJAX, and general web development principles.
  • Familiarity with SOAP and REST APIs for backend integration.
  • Experience using Firebase or Google Cloud Console.
  • Understanding of OAuth, JWT, and mobile API security best practices.
  • Exposure to native Android/iOS development and Flutter plugin creation.
  • Strong ability in performance optimization and debugging complex mobile apps.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering from IIT, DTU, or BITS (required).
  • MBA from a top business school (preferred).
  • 3-7 years of experience in Flutter development, with focus on UI enhancement, API integration, and SVN versioning.
  • Additional experience with Java, JSP, Servlets, AJAX, SOAP, and REST APIs will be a plus.
