Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an IPD Billing Executive located in Kolkata. The IPD Billing Executive will be responsible for managing the billing and invoicing process for inpatient departments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Daily tasks include processing patient bills, verifying patient insurance details, coordinating with different departments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining billing records as per hospital policies and compliance guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing billing and invoicing processes
• Strong knowledge of healthcare billing, especially for inpatient departments
• Proficiency in hospital management software and billing systems
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to coordinate with various departments within the hospital
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve billing discrepancies promptly
• Relevant certification or degree in healthcare management, accounting, or a related field
• Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred
