Core Responsibilities

  • Market Development & Customer Acquisition

  • Conduct market research to identify and analyze potential export markets for insulation solutions (e.g., Asia, Malaysia, Vietnam)

  • Identify, prospect, and develop relationships with new clients including distributors, consultants, contractors, and end-users in international markets.

  • Sales Strategy & Business Expansion

  • Formulate and execute export sales strategies to meet revenue and market expansion goals.

  • Generate customized proposals, negotiate agreements, and close deals, often involving multi-level engagement within client organizations.

  • Cross-functional Coordination

  • Collaborate with logistics, production, customer service, and regulatory teams to coordinate shipments and ensure compliance with export regulations and documentation.

  • Manage pre- and post-shipment logistics, including quality checks, vendor registration, document preparation, and payment follow-up.

  • Client Engagement & Support

  • Provide technical presentations and consultations, educating clients on product specifications, regulatory requirements, and benefits.

  • Maintain regular follow-ups, address concerns, and uphold customer satisfaction post-shipment.

  • Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, report sales pipelines, and forecast export outcomes accurately.

  • Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to inform strategies and adapt to regulatory changes.
  • Prepare performance reports and recommend corrective actions for achieving targets
