About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and certified IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) professionals to join our growing Cybersecurity & Compliance team. This position is ideal for candidates with strong expertise in IT service management, information security frameworks, and audit/assessment practices under ISO and global cybersecurity standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct ISO 27001 audits, gap assessments, risk assessments, and certification readiness engagements.
  • Drive ISMS implementation across client environments as Lead Implementer.
  • Conduct IT Governance reviews aligned with CISA/CISM/CISSP best practices.
  • Support implementation of ITIL framework for service management and process improvement.
  • Perform comprehensive audits covering IT controls, ITGC, cybersecurity posture, and compliance maturity.
  • Prepare audit reports, documentation, SOPs, policies, and evidence logs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for compliance and audit alignment.
  • Provide advisory services on process improvement, cybersecurity governance, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong understanding of information security frameworks like ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, ITIL.
  • Hands-on experience with ISMS implementation, internal audits, control testing, and risk management.
  • Ability to conduct IT governance and cybersecurity assessments.
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Mandatory Certifications (Any of the following):

  • ISO 27001 Lead Auditor (LA)
  • ISO 27001 Lead Implementer (LI)
  • ITIL (Foundation / Intermediate / Expert)

    AND any one of the following:
  • CISA
  • CISSP
  • CISM

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) consultancy.
  • Knowledge of GDPR, SOC2, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, or similar frameworks.
  • Experience working with government or enterprise clients.

Education

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Cybersecurity, or related fields.
