Armia Systems Pvt Ltd. Located @ Kochi Infopark is inviting Junior Business Development Trainees (Freshers) who will support the Business Development team in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and market trends.
  • Compile and maintain databases of potential clients and leads.
  • Generating new leads through various channels such as phone calls, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Qualify leads based on the criteria provided by the senior business development team.
  • Scheduling online meetings with prospective clients.
  • Be able to adopt and adhere to the company's processes.
  • Update CRM databases with relevant information.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Exceptional written & oral communications skills in English
  • Extremely reliable and detail-oriented personality
  • Ability to follow up on all inbound and outbound prospects by phone, email, and social media.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms for market research
  • High level understanding about online and mobile platforms business models.
  • Preferring academic background from CBSE, ISCE MBA, BBA, BA etc.,
  • Preferring Immediate joiners

Location: Infopark Phase 2, (Work from office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
