Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for an Audit Senior. The Audit Senior will be responsible for planning, executing, and conducting audits for clients across different industries. The role includes preparing audit plans, leading audit fieldwork, analyzing financial statements, preparing audit reports, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, the Audit Senior will be responsible for managing audit teams, mentoring junior staff, and advising clients on improving accounting systems and practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, financial regulations, and compliance requirements
  • Experience in preparing audit plans, performing risk assessments, and conducting audits
  • Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and preparing detailed audit reports
  • Expertise in using audit software and contemporary accounting tools and technologies
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification such as CA is preferred
  • Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and ability to work under deadlines
