Job Title: Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Design Engineer with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical product design and development, with hands-on expertise in SolidWorks and related CAD tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead mechanical design projects from concept to production
  • Create detailed 3D models, assemblies, and 2D drawings using SolidWorks
  • Perform tolerance analysis, material selection, and design validation
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, procurement, QA)
  • Support prototyping, testing, and product improvements
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable standards and industry best practices
  • Document design processes and maintain version control

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 5–10 years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing or product development environment
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks (certification is a plus)
  • Knowledge of GD&T, FEA, and DFM/DFA principles
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250, ₹1,200,000.00 per year
