Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage financial reporting, audits, taxation, and compliance requirements of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, statutory compliance, and financial management in a corporate setup, preferably within fintech or financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting in compliance with applicable standards.
  • Handle statutory audits, tax audits, and internal audits.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory obligations.
  • Prepare and finalize financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
  • Oversee cash flow, fund management, and working capital planning.
  • Liaise with auditors, banks, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissions.
  • Support management in financial planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls.
  • Provide insights on cost optimization, profitability, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 1+ years of experience in finance, taxation, and compliance functions, preferably in fintech/startup/financial services.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, and compliance processes in India.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in financial modeling and MIS reporting.
  • Exposure to fintech regulatory frameworks and RBI compliances.
  • Knowledge of treasury management and corporate finance.

Compensation:

₹4.2 – ₹8.4 LPA (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35, ₹70,000.00 per year
