Job Description
To manage the overall operations of the showroom branch — including vehicle sales, service coordination, customer satisfaction, and team performance — ensuring the branch meets its monthly business and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for two-wheelers, accessories, and insurance.
- Monitor daily enquiry, test drive, and booking status.
- Conduct follow-up with potential customers to close deals.
- Plan local marketing activities (roadshows, campaigns, customer meets).
- Ensure proper display of vehicles and promotional materials in the showroom.
2. Customer Handling
- Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSI) by ensuring smooth sales and delivery experience.
- Handle customer complaints or escalations quickly and professionally.
- Conduct customer follow-up calls after delivery for feedback.
3. Team Management
- Supervise and guide Sales Executives, CRM, and Delivery Coordinators.
- Conduct morning meetings and assign daily targets.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and grooming of all staff.
- Motivate and train team members to improve conversion ratio and customer handling skills.
4. Coordination with Other Departments
- Coordinate with Service Department for new vehicle services or demo vehicles.
- Liaise with Accounts for billing, cash deposit, and outstanding payments.
- Communicate with Head Office / OEM for stock, pricing, and marketing updates.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Ensure proper documentation – sales invoices, delivery challans, RTO files, and insurance papers.
- Verify daily cash collection and deposit with accounts team.
- Maintain branch reports – enquiry, booking, delivery, and pending RTO.
- Send Daily, Weekly, and Monthly MIS reports to management.
6. Branch Maintenance & Compliance
- Maintain clean, organized showroom and ensure 5S standards.
- Ensure security of vehicles, cash, and documents.
- Follow all OEM and company audit requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent sales and leadership skills.
- Strong customer relationship and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of two-wheeler industry and RTO process.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, DMS software).
Qualification & Experience
- Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma (preferred: Automobile or Marketing)
- Experience: 5-8 years in a two-wheeler dealership, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or incharge role.
