Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the showroom with product details and features.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable two-wheeler models.
  • Provide product demonstrations, explain features, finance schemes, and insurance options.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.
  • Maintain records of inquiries, test rides, and sales.
  • Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for smooth customer processing.
  • Conduct follow-ups with potential customers and convert leads into sales.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in showroom display, promotional activities, and events.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports for management review.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • QUALIFICATION: Graduate
  • Experience: Fresher-2 years
