We are looking for a talented and passionate Nail Artist to join our dynamic team and elevate the nail care services we provide to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Nail Services:
  • Provide a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, nail art, gel polish, acrylic nails, and other nail treatments.
  • Offer customized nail art designs based on clients' preferences and seasonal trends.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment by sterilizing tools and maintaining high hygiene standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with the best experience.
  • Client Interaction:
  • Greet clients warmly and ensure their comfort during the service.
  • Listen attentively to client requests and offer professional advice on nail care and designs.
  • Ensure that clients have a relaxing and enjoyable experience, encouraging repeat visits and referrals.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Maintain knowledge of the products used in services, including nail polish, tools, and treatments.
  • Recommend nail care products to clients for after-care at home.
  • Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other beauty professionals in the salon to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the workstation and salon environment.
  • Inventory Management:
  • Assist in tracking inventory of nail products, ensuring all supplies are stocked.
  • Report shortages or product damages to the salon manager for replenishment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Nail Artist or Nail Technician in a professional setting (salon, spa, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, nail art, and the latest trends in the industry.
  • Certification in Nail Technology or Beauty Therapy (preferred, but not mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
  • High standards of hygiene and cleanliness.
  • Creative, artistic flair with the ability to create custom nail art designs.
  • Punctuality and reliability are essential.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with luxury salon environments or high-end clientele.
  • Knowledge of nail health and treatments (e.g., nail strengthening, cuticle care).
  • Ability to offer additional services such as waxing, eyelash extensions (a plus but not mandatory).
