Overview

Required Skills:
3+ years of experience in Functional testing, with a strong focus on Salesforce and Servicenow.

Rest Assured API Automation is Must
Familiarity with the telecom domain is a significant advantage.
Experience with additional tools will be an added advantage
Strong programming skills in languages such as Java or Python.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with performance testing tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated test cases for salesforce and servicenow.
Implement and maintain the Page Object Model (POM) to enhance test script maintainability and readability.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Conduct regression testing and ensure that automated tests are integrated into the CI/CD pipeline.
Identify, record, and track defects using bug-tracking tools.
Analyze test results and generate detailed reports to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in automation testing and new tools or frameworks that can improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
